Shred Day 4

Level 2 again. It's good!! I like it- I made it through the whole thing. Not sure if I am going to do this for 30 days- so maybe a few times a week. It's super good for strength training. Took the kids on an outside run tonight too- inhaled a gallon of pollen and small bug. They are getting mighty heavy to push in that stroller.
Aidan has had a rough day. Very aggressive. Temperamental. This often happens in my kids before they get sick so my flag is up.
