Je t'aime

Only six weeks left of school. Unbelievable. And.... I still don't have daycare/camps planned. EEKS. Abby did a service project this week at school to raise money for the American Girl/No Kid Hungry campaign. The AG doll this year travels to Paris. It's a baking theme therefore Abby wanted to sell Eiffel Tower cookies. An AMAZING parent at their school who is known for her baking skills graciously made the cookies at a bargain cost. Aside from the five broken ones we bought, she sold all but twelve- $334 will be donated! I love her heart.
Friday night we invited a friend of hers from school to a movie and dinner. Today was lax, gymnastics and errands. Gearing up for our usual busy crazy month of May.

Where For Art Thou Weekend

Back up to last Sunday Abby had another meet. She completely BOTCHED floor. Rick and Aidan had flag football and they both showed up just as she was starting her routine. We both looked at each other and basically whispered WHAT THE .... WAS THAT??? The hilarious part about it is she MEDALED 4TH ON FLOOR. Anyway- this kid medaled in all four events and placed 3rd all around.  Another week down of soccer, tutoring, swimming, gym, lacrosse and football.
These past three weeks of work have left me with a very bad attitude. Trying to have a grateful heart but wow. I'm not in a good place right now. I was so very relieved Friday came and just wanted to decompress and here it is time to get ready to go back to the grind. Beautiful 80 degree weather has been amazing here.
Another crazy week awaits.

This and That

Trying to keep up. Everything runs together. Easter came and went. We went to Saturday service and it was fabulous. Easter Sunday we had brunch with my mom and hubs had to sleep since he had to work that night. I made all the lunches, dinners etc and took a nap.  Abby made mango muffins awhile back all by herself.  Love milestones like that. Life lessons. Aidan has had a cold all week. Abby had a follow up appt for her fainting. Discussed possibilities. Did EKG. Working on getting more calories into her.
Aidan started Lacrosse today. We're now in swimming, lax, tutoring, gymnastics, soccer and flag football. Looks like we will resurface first week of June :-)
