Happy 4th of July
Got the workout done early this morning. Made egg, mushroom, brie, asparagus scramble and homemade beignets. Did the annual 4th of July photos at the park. Poor hubs has been outside for the past 4 days fixing yard stuff. More on that later. He is outside today while I am inside cleaning house. Will BBQ later. Bribed the kids with money this year. "Hey, how about the money we would have spent on fireworks we give to you instead?" Yeah. We did that.

Being from New Orleans, beignets are our favorite! Although I have never attempted to make them! Awesome job!
