10 days.

We left town Sunday May 4th.  Got up at 245am. Flew to Florida. Drove to Cocoa Beach to spend the night. Ate dinner at 930pm at a great pizza place. Got to see a beautiful sunrise!! Monday morning to Cape Canaveral where we boarded the Disney Magic and cruised the Bahamas for 5 days. I ended up working until 11pm almost each night. My job SUCKS THE LIFE OUT OF ME. Went to the Atlantis Resort (would not go back) and our favorite stop Castaway Cay. Got off the ship on Friday at 7am drove to Waffle House (first things first), our hotel, then to Epcot (scorching melting heat). Saturday we decided to sleep in and went to Cracker Barrel and then to Downtown Disney and the hotel pool. Picked up their annual Christmas ornaments too! Sunday was Sea World and horse drawn carriage ride at Port Orleans. Sunday night I did payroll since Monday was my birthday and we spent it at the all inclusive Discovery Cove. THAT was incredible. I would forgo all the parks just to do that instead. Dolphin encounter/swim, snorkeling, floating the river. Breakfast, snacks, lunch, beverages, included. Did I mention a slurpee machine? Yeah. I went to that thing like 5 times. Went to dinner at Chuys. We do not have all these great food places here! Tuesday we were going to drive to St. Augustine but got a really late start and I was afraid we wouldn't be back in time for our flight so we went to Gatorland and then drove to Winter Garden to Mrs. Bee's popcorn store- loaded baked potato popcorn. Oh so yummy. Got home at 1 am. Unpacked, started laundry, in bed by 2am. BOTH kids up before 6. Seriously shoot me now. But it was a good early start- threw them in the bath, took them to school, went grocery shopping, car wash, picked up the dog.  Sooo happy to see Cooper! Aidan is speaking in front of his whole school today at Chapel to present his service project. A few months ago he wanted to recruit all the boys in his class and sell football jerseys but those are spendy for the up front costs and then marking them up- not sure how many would sell. So it turned into dog tags with the proceeds going to the Wounded Warrior Project. He will sell them durning lunch next week. Abby was doing homework right up until we got in the car to leave this morning. SO MUCH HOMEWORK.
I stashed a week of freezer meals plus I have birthday coupons and this morning Rick found out he won dinner for a YEAR from WOW burger. So funny. So... I'm stretching out this no cooking gig for a little while longer.
